“an amazing attorney, with a brilliant, quick mind,” according to a client, who adds: “She is like an encyclopedia; she is so seasoned in the law that her advice is always spot-on and practical.” She is sought out to represent employers in high-stakes litigation and internal investigations.

For thirty years, Connie has represented employers, boards and individual executives, partners and owners in business disputes and employment-related matters, including employment contract, discrimination, whistleblower, trade secret, and restrictive covenant matters.  She frequently conducts confidential internal investigations concerning employment matters, including allegations of trade secret, discrimination, harassment and code of conduct violations.

Connie has litigated and arbitrated complex contract, fraud, harassment, discrimination, trade secret theft and restrictive covenant litigation across the United States.  Connie has served as lead litigation counsel in some of the most challenging and hotly contested cases in the country.  She has the experience and skills to tailor her prosecution or defense to the needs of her clients, from collaborative to “pit bull.”
